WARRANTY TERMS

  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from Supremasonic.
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.
  • All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration stated in the warranty policy.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure, or malfunction due to external causes, including:

  • Accident, abuse, misuse
  • Problems with electrical power
  • Servicing not authorized by Supremasonic
  • Usage, storage, or installation not in accordance with product instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of God, fire, flood, war, violence, or other similar occurrences
  • Only broken or defective parts are covered under warranty; functional parts cannot be exchanged.
  • Warranty does not cover accessories and attachments which do not belong to the massage unit.
  • Warranty is not applicable to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users.
  • All services covered by this warranty must be approved by Supremasonic and repaired by an authorized technician only.
  • If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Supremasonic reserves the right to make a substitution in lieu of repair or replacement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • For warranty repairs, the original invoice must be presented at the time of service request.
  • For non-warranty products, repairs will commence only upon customer approval of the estimated repair fees.
  • For non-warranty products, upfront charges (if applicable) must be paid before service is carried out.
  • For non-warranty products, repairs are subject to the availability of spare parts.
  • If the product is not collected within 90 days from the date of repair completion notification or non-approval of estimated repair fees, the company is authorized, with prior notice, to auction or dispose of the product.
  • If the same defect recurs within 3 months after repair, Supremasonic will provide free service. This service warranty does not cover the replacement of new parts for different defects.
  • The company is not responsible for accessories not recorded in this Repair Note.
  • Please present the original Repair Note upon collection of the product.
  • You agree to the company collecting, retaining, and using the information contained in this Repair Note.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • All small items (including Foot Massagers, Fascia Guns, Juicers, Vacuum Cleaners, etc.) come with a 12-month warranty only.
  • Leather warranty is 2 years for selected models only (one-time free replacement for seat leather).
